To raise a child in today's fast changing, high-tech society and demanding world is a true challenge.  We look for FREE parenting tips from other parents or online to see if we can improve our “styles”. There is much free advice but how do you know which is sound and which isn't. It seems we  can only find out by "testing" its workability; even then we can't be sure if it is working or wrong. We know heavy discipline is a workable and effective method to control the child but we know it is not a good solution.
